Spoon and Paddle not only serve delicious food and coffees, they do it from a charming 1960's villa. The fully-fenced section has a playground and garden tables, so it's the perfect place for families to kick back and relax. Kefi at the Hub
KEFI at the Hub serves divine breakfast and lunch dishes as well as healthy organic and gluten free options. Right across from the Craters Mountain Bike Park, you won't miss this spot as there is a giant sikorsky helicopter on the grounds. Yes, that's right we said McDonalds! Taupo is proudly home to the World's Coolest McDonald's. This special Maccas includes a decommissioned DC3 plane! No trip to Taupo is complete without a picture of yourself with it. Kids can enjoy their happy meal in the plane while viewing the original cockpit or at the awesome playground while the adults re-charge with a coffee from the McCafe.
